We know life gets hectic, so we’ve created a reformer that’s as easy to use as it is effective. Whether you’re a Pilates pro or just starting out, our equipment supports your journey to a healthier, more vibrant you.

Shipped with sunshine from Florida! We’ll need 1-3 business days to get your order packed and on its way. After that, delivery typically takes 4-10 business days, depending on where you are. Please keep in mind that holidays might impact delivery times—Santa’s not the only one with a busy schedule!
For pre-orders or back-ordered items:
We’ll ship available items immediately and send the rest as soon as they’re in stock. Patience is a virtue!
Tracking Your Order:
You’ll get a confirmation email or text with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey. If your tracking ID is playing hide and seek, check your email and give it 2-4 business days to appear.
Wrong Address?
Oops! If you think you’ve entered the wrong address, let us know ASAP at julia@flexiformer.com. We’ll try to fix it before it’s too late—think of it like your last-minute adjustment to a Pilates pose!
Refund Policy
We’ve got a 30-day return policy—think of it as a “try before you truly commit” offer. If you need to return an item, make sure it’s unused, in its original packaging, and back to us within 30 days of delivery.
To Start a Return:
Email us at julia@flexiformer.com. We’ll send you the steps to return your item. Please don’t send it back without contacting us first; we don’t want it to get lost in the mail like a misplaced sock!
Order Cancellations:
Need to cancel? Let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, it's a no-go—consider it the Pilates equivalent of “no pain, no gain.”
Return Shipping Costs:
You’ll cover the return shipping, but don’t worry—no restocking fees. If we sent you the wrong item or it’s damaged, email us with evidence, and we’ll ship a replacement at no extra charge!
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. It usually takes 2-4 business days to appear on your statement. If not, give us a shout, and we’ll help sort it out.
